Absolutely! We don’t expect you to have everything figured out from the start. At Hill House Designs, we begin by asking you plenty of questions and sharing inspiration for you to review. Through this collaborative process, we identify the key themes and ideas that resonate with you, allowing us to craft a design that is entirely unique to your style and preferences.

We can propose a design scheme and offer decor advice for these spaces as a starting point. However, we recommend working with a bathroom or kitchen supplier and designer, as these areas require careful consideration, including plumbing, which can't be handled online. We'll design the layouts for review by a local expert and can suggest styles and colours as part of the overall scheme.

A single-function room serves one main purpose, like a bedroom. In contrast, a dual-function room serves two purposes, such as an office that also doubles as a guest room or a combined kitchen and dining area.

We will complete your designs and send them to you via email in an easy-to-understand design pack.

You can shop directly from the links in your shopping list. This way you can order at your own pace and stay in control.

Depending on your chosen package will receive your design pack via email in around two weeks, however we do offer a fast track service if you are on a tight deadline. Our Fast Track service will provide you with your design in just five working days.

We work hard to understand your preferences and style so we get it right first time. We offer post design support with our packages and offer one revision with the Masterpiece package. If there is something you’d like to revise, we are happy to do so during this time.

After our initial conversation, we’ll explore brands that align with your vision and budget, whether from an independent shop or well-known high street retailers.

Absolutely, this is your design. We can put a scheme together using any important pieces you already own.

If you don’t have a floorplan, a hand-drawn sketch is perfectly acceptable. We just need some measurements to ensure we recommend the best-fitting furniture options for your space.

Once we have had our video consultation, we will send you a Inspiration Board for your approval within two working days. You can either approve this, or ask for a change and give us feedback as to what you like or don’t like. Once we either have your approval or have sent you the once revised Inspiration Board, then your countdown of 2 weeks will begin by which time you will receive the full package.
